从125到96，我的减肥经验大分享~
[color=#000000][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]看到大家都那么想减肥，突然想到了去年的自己也是个胖[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]MM[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]，好希望自己能瘦一点再瘦一点后来，我经朋友推荐，在网上发现了一家很好的店铺[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]~[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]大家可以去看一下，卖家出售的是：医院的减肥产品我当时[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]125[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]斤，[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]164[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]。不能说太胖，但是总是好想穿穿超短裙什么的。联系了卖家后，通过汇款，就拿到了减肥药药，是白色瓶装的，交囊的。当时也不大敢尝试的，但是因为朋友服用的效果不错，也没什么副作用，就吃了。大概过了一个星期，我瘦了[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]4[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]斤这样吧[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]~[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]自己感觉还不错的，因为没什么不舒服。服用的时候自己也配合尽量少吃高热量的[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]DD[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]，大概过了一个月，我瘦了[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]13[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]斤这样。于是我又向卖家定了[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]2[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]瓶，第[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]2[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]个月的服用效果是，我有点小小的得意，所以吃了点零食，不过还好拉，我第[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]2[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]个月瘦了[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]10[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]斤，第[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]3[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]瓶我只吃了一半，减了[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]6[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]斤，接下去还有半瓶经过卖家的指导我是每天减半吃的，只吃了一粒，吃了一个月这样，巩固了下。这样我就只有[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]96[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]斤了。瘦的感觉超级好的[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]~~[/size][/font][/color][color=#000000][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]哈哈哈哈[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]~~[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]不过感觉自己在减肥的过程中还是很努力的[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]~[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]这[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]3[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]个多月，我基本没那么大吃大喝过，不过卖家的药药好象也有抑制食欲的作用，也不让我那么的想吃。还是满好的，很感谢那个卖家的[/font][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]~~[/size][/font][font=宋体][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]哈[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][/size][/font][/font][/color]
